New catering ideas come to Reflections

Reflections viewing facility has introduced new summer flavours to its catering menu. Clients have enjoyed homemade Victoria sponge cake with strawberry jam, and can now order a new lemon and herb chicken dish devised by Reflections’ chef Pamela. The cheeseboard also includes new cheeses from local provider the Cheshire Smokehouse.

Reflections expands to meet fieldwork needs

The Citrus Studio at Reflections was put to the test last week when clients needed to display large amounts of stimulus material in the moderating room. With its flexible layout and large dimensions, the room easily accommodated plenty of packaging and left space for the respondents to move around.

The Citrus Studio has also been used to mimic whole bays of supermarket shelving for Kellogg’s. Louise Kennedy, Senior Insight Manager at Kellogg’s, said, “The Reflections viewing facility is a great size as we were able to set up a full supermarket fixture within it which looked great and helped put the research into a more realistic context. Great room at the back too for meetings. Would highly recommend.”
